Repairs
We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the item because it is defective, or damaged, contact us immediately (within 21 days from date of receipt) for an inspection of the item. If the defect is a result of poor manufacturing, we will repair or if necessary, replace the item as close to like/kind/quality item at no cost to you. If it is determined that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know what repair services will be needed to remedy the damage.
Please note that all our handmade products are meticulously made by Guennie one piece at a time. There may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind and not considered a defect.
IMPORTANT: On sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges and refunds. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and we are unable to repair nor replace the item, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Returns
For any other returns, please mail item to: 12042 SE Sunnyside Road #418, Clackamas, OR 97015.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
